“I cannot say enough about this resort. First off, it is beautiful. Our rooms were large, bright and airy. I felt they did a great job with the cleaning in regards to COVID. We had a Paradise Junior Swim out room. It was perfect! We stepped right out of our rooms and swam right over to the swim up bar. Jose Luis at the swim up bar was AWESOME!!! He was so nice, great bartender, could make almost any drink we asked for (and the ones he couldn't make were only because he didn't have the right ingredients)....

“To start, our room was great. The front desk and bellmen were very accommodating to our request to move rooms to another with an extra bed. They had it taken care of in no time at all. The bartenders, especially at the swim up bar and beach, worked hard to get drinks made as soon as you needed one. They were also happy to make any new drinks not on the menu. Hervey from entertainment was very friendly. He quickly became friends with myself and the rest of our group. He was very helpful and contributed...

“As first-timers to this all-inclusive Margaritaville resort, we were impressed and right at home! We have been to other Karisma operated resorts, and this stay was among our favorite experiences. It is a smaller property than some of the others we have been to, but the social distancing and Covid-19 prevention practices at this resort were evident, and we felt very safe while we were there (plus fewer guests on property made for a very peaceful and quiet time)!”
