Compass Bar - Gin Inspired Bar

This time, the compass rose takes us throughout the northern hemisphere in search of the best Juniper distilled beverage – Gin.

Along with a full bar offering, Compass showcases a wide array of the world’s most recognized and artisan gins. Our creative botanical, herbal and tropical gin-based concoctions are not to be missed. Not feeling so adventurous? There is no better place for one of the classics. A vesper perhaps? Located in the lobby of the family section, Compass a great place for pre-dinner or late evening cocktail and wind down listening to our in house pianist.

The Dominican Republic and the West Indies have a long history of producing some of the best rum in the world and Rum Runners offers guests an opportunity to explore and savor this history. Try our seasonal menu of expertly crafted seaside cocktails and lesser-known rums, served up just a few steps from our infinity pool and the white sandy beach of Juanillo. While you sip, enjoy island-inspired dishes like Dominican sancocho, Caribbean fish broth, chicken pibil, and the always-fresh catch of the day.

Signature Dish: Catch of the day served with coconut sauce and pigeon peas moro rice.

Five O'Clock Somewhere Bar & Swim Up Bar

As the lyrics go, “That sun is hot, and that old clock is moving slow.” Indeed, it is five o’clock somewhere. A staple of any Margaritaville® experience, the 5 o’Clock Somewhere Bar is the perfect place to go for poolside cocktails, a cold beer, or one of our world-famous Margaritaville® margaritas. You’ll find it poolside with terrific views of Juanillo Beach.

Salty Rim

This tropically infused swim up and Bar serves up the coldest Margaritas on the property. Stone throws away from the beach, it’s the best location to lull the afternoon away overlooking Juanillo Beach.
