Once you select the ceremony setting you’ve dreamed about and decide on the set up style, colors and decoration, we’ll take care of all the details. You have your choice of fresh flowers too. Have your ceremony at whatever time suits you, whether it’s dawn, sunset or midnight under the stars with tiki torches blazing.

  • Beach Wedding Gazebo

Exchange vows at the edge of the sea with your friends and family to witness the event. At some hotels we set up a natural four post gazebo in your desired location in the sand, canopied with billowing tuille and decorated with fresh flowers. At other hotels, there are fanciful white gazebos or natural thatched-roof gazebos on the beach.

  • Open Air Lounge

An open air lounge is convenient for hosting the wedding ceremony followed immediately by the reception in the same location. You have the tropical sea breezes as well as shade from the Mexican sun. Some lounges are beachfront while others are located on the second floor of a building offering elevated views of the water. There may be some time restrictions for location usage.
