Reserve Your Dates Now

With a limited number of weddings per day, be sure to book well in advance.

Once you’ve selected your wedding date and hotel, send us your Wedding Reservation Form to inquire about availability. We’ll acknowledge receipt of your form within 24 hours, and then confirm date, time and officiant availability within another 48 hours.

To reserve the date and officially book the wedding, submit the $300 non-refundable deposit and signed wedding contract as soon as possible. Weddings must be booked at least 30 days in advance.

All balances must be paid no later than 45 days prior to the ceremony date at the Azul Hotels and 30 days in advance at the El Dorado Spa Resorts. You may pay by credit card.

A cancellation fee will apply to weddings cancelled less than 30 days before the wedding day -- $300 at the El Dorado Spa Resorts and $300 at the Azul Hotels.
