Rules and Regulations

• Maximum wedding group size is 50 persons
• A non-refundable $200 deposit and signed wedding contract must be received to hold a wedding date
• Full payment is due no later than 45 days prior to wedding date
• A cancellation penalty of $300 applies to cancellations made inside of 30 days
• Package price includes tax
• 2009 packages valid from December 23, 2008 through December 22, 2009
• Silver and gold packages available in all markets
• Package inclusions may vary without previous notice
• Room reservations must be made separately
