"Agency & GI Vacation Consultant" will commit to the

following conditions to Premier Worldwide Marketing

(Premier Worldwide Marketing, is the exclusive Worldwide

Representative for El Dorado Spa Resorts & Hotels,

AZUL Hotels, and its Gourmet Inclusive® Concept,

by Karisma) as participation in the GI Vacation Consultant

Program:

• Annual entry fee of $250.00USD per agent (Check only please)
• Participate in scheduled GI Vacation Consultant trips when made available
• Attend annual awards weekend if your agency is nominated or an award recipient (Hotel stay will be provided)
• Include GI Vacation Consultant logo or tag line on all reprints of business cards or utilize the free business cards we will provide for you upon request
• Attend Corporate sponsored webinar training sessions on El Dorado Spa Resorts & Hotels and Azul Hotels, by Karisma, and its Specialty Niches including Weddings, Honeymoons, Families and Groups
• Prominently display Gourmet Inclusive®, El Dorado Spa Resorts & Hotels and Azul Hotels, by Karisma, material in Storefront or Office
• Prominently display Gourmet Inclusive®, El Dorado Spa Resorts & Hotels and Azul Hotels, by Karisma, on Agents website
• Maintain a production minimum of 125 room nights traveled in the calendar year. Production minimums will be prorated for agencies joining mid year

All reservations that have traveled in 2008 regardless of when they were booked, will apply towards your production minimum.
