We, at Premier Worldwide Marketing, appreciate the extensive training you have undergone to obtain your GI Vacation Consultant certification. With that in mind, we promise to treat you with the respect and responsiveness that is worthy of your specialized training.

WE PLEDGE TO:

  • Respond to all customer service issues within 72 business hours upon receipt
  • Resolve all customer service issues within 72 business hours upon receipt
  • We will honor your customer's exact hotel once it is reserved, confirmed and paid in full
  • We will honor your customer's room category once it is reserved, confirmed and paid in full
  • With prior written approval, pay all monies owed to you for pre-approved marketing and sales expenses within 72 business hours of receipt of invoice
  • Not relocate you to another hotel or cancel your reservation during your personal travel visits. Upon arrival, we will give you the best available room (Presidential-Suites excluded)
  • Honor any advertised corporate promotions available in your market
