One of our most popular restaurants, Klay Talay—“by the seaside” in Vietnamese—presents innovative, modern interpretations of Asian dishes in a hip, sexy atmosphere. Before taking a seat at the low-to-the-ground chabudai* in a private room, guests can enjoy a drink at the outdoor cocktail lounge, where authentic Japanese beers and sake are featured. Located on the second floor of the main building, Klay Talay lives up to its name with stunning views of the Carribean.

*The seating in a chabudai is in zabutons (cushions) or tatami (flooring mats) instead of chairs and Klay Talay offers a low-to-the-ground table with chairs.
