Azul Fives Hotel was designed to put the WOW in a kid’s holiday, to support parents so vacationing with children is easy, and most of all, to provide memorable experiences for families together. There’s no need to plan ahead for meals or activities, it’s handled for you. And there are many opportunities for parents to spend time alone.

  • Family-Size Suites: Three-bedroom suites accommodate eight people with large, shared living room, kitchen and dining table. Penthouses have a rooftop deck with barbecue, dining table and lounging area.
  • Loan Programs for Baby Equipment and Toys: Don’t take baby gear or toys on vacation. We’ll supply a monitor, stroller, bottle warmer, baby bathtub, Gourmet Gerber baby food and so much more. Select the latest Fisher-Price® toys from an in-room menu through the Jugueteca Toy Lending Program. 
  • Family & Friends Vacation Planner: Take advantage of our free Family & Friends Vacation Planner when you book five or more rooms for your family trip or reunion. Included are travel planning, activities coordination and a private dinner.
  • Rooftop Barbecues: Host a barbecue for family and friends on your penthouse rooftop deck. Choose a barbecue package and grill yourself, or have a private chef to do it for you.
  • Family Dining Options: Book a private chef to cook a meal in your suite. Or order Family-Style Room Service and have it delivered to your dining table. You can order from room service 24 hours a day and there’s a kid’s room service menu too. Get picnic baskets delivered to you on the beach at lunchtime.
  • Azulitos Kid’s Club: Your children aged six months to 12 years old will enjoy the Azulitos Kid’s Club with toys, equipment and programs by Fisher-Price and My Gym.® There’s also a kid’s pool, playground and beach games.
  • Full-Service Concierge: There’s a host of activities for kids and families at the hotel -- let our concierge make recommendations. The concierge will also set up off-site tours to Mayan ruins or an adventure trip for the whole family.
