A New Twist On Open Kitchen Gourmet Cooking At EL DORADO Royale.

Move over Iron Chef and Kitchen Stadium, Fuentes, the newest restaurant at El Dorado Royale in Riviera Maya, Mexico has a new script. Take 5 open kitchens, plasma TVs showing footage from cameras all over the kitchens, expert chefs with rotating menus of grill, pasta, seafood, tapas and stir fry… add oversized teak tables and fine china and a beach view… and you've got the most interactive dining experience under a 90-foot vaulted palapa roof. Guests are invited to interact with expert chefs at each open kitchen, and learn from recipes on display and cooking techniques for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Opening mid April.

El Dorado Seaside Suites offer four-poster beds, marble floors, spacious showers, hydro-massage tubs, and large-screen TVs and DVD players. Balconies and patios of these swim-up suites feature hammocks and personal lounge chairs in the water for the ultimate in private sunbathing.
