Rest, relaxation and rejuvenation
The Spa at El Dorado Royale offers an assortment of treatments for the body and soul.
Located in the center of the property, the El Dorado Royale spa was created with the same motto of rest, relaxation and romance. Among the many treatments, one of our most popular offerings is the couples massage class.
Use of the Spa facilities includes the fitness room, sauna and steam room.

To get the most out of your "spa experience", we encourage you to keep the following points in mind:
Reservations
How early should you arrive for your appointment?
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. We also recommend that you take a 20-minute sauna or steam bath prior to your treatment(s).
Cancellation policy
As a courtesy to our other guests and our therapists, we require a 12-hours notice for cancellations or for appointment changes. Without this advance notification you will be charged 50% of the scheduled treatment(s) fee.
Male or female therapist?
When making your appointment please be sure to let us know the gender preference of your therapist. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Let your therapist know!
The more personal physical information we have for your therapist the better we can serve you. It is important to note that some of our treatments are not recommended for pregnant women, people with high blood pressure or people with allergies.
Gratuities & Taxes
In appreciation of outstanding service, gratuities may be given at your discretion. All treatment prices are in u.s. dollars 10% tax (iva) included.
Hours of operation
Spa facilities are open from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm. This includes gym amenities, sauna, steam room, showers and all spa treatments.
For information and reservations, please dial the spa, extension 3000 or make your appointment in person at the spa reception desk.
Appointments should be made at least one day in advance.
All appointments are based on availability.
Prior to receiving your treatment(s), we recommend that you leave all of your jewelry and valuables in the safety deposit box located in your room.
If you arrive late for your reservation, your treatment may be shortened so that the therapist is on time for his/her next appointment.
Appointments are automatically cancelled 10 minutes after their scheduled time if you fail to arrive for your treatment(s).
