Specialty dining experiences:

Savor three-course candlelight beachfront dinners, private gazebo dinners, romantic in-suite dining and special in-room dessert treats. Beach waiters serve gourmet bites on the beach in the afternoon, and enticing nibbles are available through room service 24 hours a day, all included. There's a kid's room service menu, too. There are private dining areas in Sienna and Spoon restaurants for small, exclusive dinners or parties.

In our restaurants, you'll experience imaginative cuisine, meet the chefs, see your food prepared in open display kitchens, and eat on a seaside terrace with musicians playing in the background. Nibble ceviche by the pool or indulge in the eight-course Author's Dinner. Five of the six restaurants have ocean views.

Extensive wine list:

Accompany your dining selections with our private label boutique wine from family-owned vineyards in Chile. For fine wine aficionados, there is also an extensive wine list with labels from around the world at an additional fee.

Le Chique

This tres-chic adults-only bar and restaurant could be right out of the fashionable streets of Paris. The highlight is the eight-course Author's Dinner, featuring innovative, ground-breaking cuisine at each course. These memorable flavor explosions are the unique creation of the chef, much like the writer of poetry. The elaborate ambience sparkles with crystals, beads and purple accents. Open for dinner; dress is elegant.

Spoon

Food prep becomes entertainment at this restaurant with a display kitchen and interactive cooking stations. Guests can watch the chefs at work and put in requests to suit personal taste. Tiny gourmet starters and small surprise bites served between courses are served on large spoons. Private dining area available. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Tapaz

This is a chef-interactive restaurant where chefs cook small tapas starter courses and present them personally to the table. The main course is served family-style, on large platters and in large bowls, to the center of the table so diners can help themselves. Stone walls provide castle ambience; large tables accommodate family groups up to 12 people. Open for dinner.

Sienna

Savor the world of fresh, hand-made pasta, crusty pizzas cooked in a brick oven, sauce simmering with fresh herbs, the aromas of garlic, basil and oregano, and delicate pastries to end the meal. The authentic cuisine of Tuscany is presented in the ambience of a bricked Italian wine cellar. Private dining area available. Open for dinner.

Zavaz

At this Caribbean bistro, dine on tropical fare by the seaside with lapping waves setting a tranquil tone. The highlight is spicy specialties from various islands, fresh fish and local ingredients. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Zocalo

Our classic Mexican restaurant showcases regional cuisines from around the country, and offers popular favorites like quesadillas and tacos. There is a large kids menu. Mariachi music sets the festive ambience for this oceanfront restaurant. Sit inside or outside on the terrace. Open for lunch and dinner.
