A Family Vacation Planning Service Offered Exclusively by Azul Hotels

This innovative new service is designed to meet the needs of today's travelers who want to gather up their friends or extended family members to share vacation experiences together. Azul Hotels are the first in the industry to offer this convenient service to guests.

Our full-time Family & Friends Vacation Planner is the go-to person for stress-free coordination of travel plans and creative vacation experiences for your group. Whether you're planning a family reunion, a trip with your closest friends, a summer family vacation or a birthday party, our planner will sort out all the details, at no charge, when you meet the room requirements.

The Planner:

• Makes suite reservations and sorts out suite assignments
• Coordinates custom group events such as spa parties, golf outings, private cooking classes, tennis tournaments, family Olympics and excursions to Mayan ruins
• Sets up private hospitality events, such as cocktail receptions, beach barbecues, gourmet wine dinners and birthday parties
• Presents trip updates in advance and a group itinerary at check-in
• Handles personalized shirts, in-room gift baskets or other requests

The Family & Friends Vacation Planner Package:

The Planner will handle the above services free of charge when you book five or more suites, or a total of 15 or more nights in any suite category. Also included in the package is one special group dinner with a set menu for up to 20 people.

Regular dinner reservations for groups up to 20 people cannot be guaranteed, but your group will have first priority seating at Spoon Restaurant.

Request our Family & Friends Vacation Planner at the time of booking, at least 45 days before arrival. The planning services are free, but some of the items requested may carry additional charges.
