JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Culinary internship provides the intern with practical knowledge of health and safety in the kitchen, storing foods, preparing ingredients for cooking/presentation and learning to prepare food according to recipes and quality standards of Karisma's world of Gourmet Inclusive. Testing and preparing food and monitoring as well as serving is an integral part of the process. Advanced interns will join in assisting of menu development.

REQUIREMENTS:
The intern must be able to speak, read and write English or Spanish. Knowledge of German is a plus within good communication skills and knowledge of use of computers. The intern must be able to physically self-demonstrate culinary techniques and able to physically continually deal with 15 kg (or more) weights and stand for most of the working day.

CONDITIONS:
There is no financial remuneration for the internship. The intern is provided with accommodations and maintenance, as well as a main meal during the working shift. The intern can be provided with scholarship for maintenance costs or airfare and this is to be managed directly with the university. Return ticket must be purchased.

Detailed evaluation and individual mentor will be provided. The students will have depending on the duration at least 6 working days of induction period.

The F&B Management internship provides the intern with processes of guest satisfaction standards with the Gourmet Inclusive concept and practical experience in maximizing guest experience through excellence in food and beverage service in a team orientated surroundings where innovation and a smile is the starting position.

REQUIREMENTS:
The intern must be able to speak, read and write English and is fluent with the highest communication skills. Knowledge of German and Spanish is a plus with social extrovert capabilities and advanced knowledge of use of computers. The intern must be able to grasp ceremonial and protocol guidelines and have a basis of hospitality etiquette. The intern should be in the final year bachelor degree in hospitality or above, or adequate F&B background to join the F&B front division.

CONDITIONS:
There is no financial remuneration for the internship. The intern is provided with accommodations and maintenance, as well as a main meal during the working shift. JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Rooms Division internship provides the intern with processes of guest satisfaction standards within the Gourmet Inclusive concept and practical experience in maximizing guest experience with regards to pre-arrival and arrival procedures and courteous and swift reception of guests. The trainee will gain full knowledge of preparation of documentation for daily business with administration of arrivals and departures, all the while ensuring courteous reception of guests, together with private concierge and dedicated VIP arrival processes. Through induction and thereafter the intern will gain knowledge in daily operations through assistance in projects and aiding room managers.

REQUIREMENTS:
The intern must be able to speak, read and write English and is fluent with the highest communication skills. Knowledge of German and Spanish is a plus with social extrovert capabilities and advanced knowledge of use of computers and understanding of hospitality programs. The intern must have strong hospitality etiquette. The intern must have physical ability for heavy lifting and be able to stand throughout the majority of the working day while maintaining a smile and positive attitude with proactive approach to set procedures.

CONDITIONS:
There is no financial remuneration for the internship. The intern is provided with accommodations and maintenance, as well as a main meal during the working shift. The intern can be provided with scholarship for maintenance costs or airfare and this is to be managed directly with the university. Return ticket must be purchased.

The intern must have physical ability to assist the guests and be able to stand throughout the majority of the working day while maintaining a smile and positive attitude with proactive approach to set procedures. Background in spa & wellness education or adequate professional experience is a must.
