Jose Miguel redefined the meaning of Torta. To put it simple, he will prepare the best torta in Mexico City, along with the most renowned paellas following his family's recipe. This will be complemented with the commemorative beer of this festival.

SANTACRUZ

Originally from Mexico City

In 2008 she was promoted as the Executive Chef for a popular Mexican restaurant in New York called Pampeano. During her leadership, Pampeano was awarded with two Starts by New York Times.

BAYLESS

Winning the title of Bravo's Top Chef Masters

In 2016, he earned the Julia Child Foundation Award, a prestigious honor given to "an individual who has made a profound and significant impact on the way America cooks, eats and drinks".

GARCIA

Originally from Mexico City

Participant in Top Chef Mexico and several TV Shows. His professional training began at the age of 15 with the Professional Diploma of Mexican Cuisine at the Ambrosia Culinary Center.

MOLINA

Originally from Valle de Guadalupe Mexico

Restaurant Manzanilla, owned by husband and wife chef duo Solange and Benito Molina, has been recognized as one of Latin America's 50 best restaurants in 2014 by S. Pellegrino & Acqua Panna.
